I’m MacKenzie Orzechowski, aka “Coach Kenz.” I am your CA+F CEO, and NASM Certified Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Wellness Coach, Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and fellow Mom of two young kiddos. (One woman show over here! For now...😉).
I opened the CA+F Barn in 2018 as a part-time side gig while working full-time as a Financial Analyst. I took my business full-time in 2020, and after many twists and turns of deciding where I wanted it to go, I am finally truly aligned with my mission and vision of helping busy women, especially moms, gain their strength, health, and confidence, while building a fun community of incredible women.
CA+F @ the Barn
Welcome to our Barn gym! The Barn is located on my parents’ property in Waterford, CT, just down the street from Harkness Memorial State Park.
We are a 50’X40’ authentic Barn space that we turned into a gym. On the inside, we have ample floor mat space, along with a Smith Machine, Body Solid Functional Trainer, PowerTek, Bench Rack, Squat Rack, Elliptical, Battle Ropes, a wide variety of free weights between our dumbbells, kettlebells, and weight plates, and a few extra unique equipment pieces that are a great addition to our workouts as well.
